1. Definitions

"Service"”: Summer camp activity in English, as best described on the website https://centriestiviperbambini.it/, on the brochure provided to the Parent and/or as presented to the Parent on the open day.

"Parent(s)": Person(s) exercising parental authority over the Minor who will attend the summer camp.

"Minor": Subject who will participate in the summer camp activities organised by the Company.

"Company": Labsitters Srls (tax code/VAT no. 06675490483) based in Florence, Via Gian Battista Vico n. 8, service provider and website manager https://www.labsitters.com.

2. Information about the Service

The Parent declares to have received from the Company all the necessary information for the correct use of the Service.

When booking the Service, the Parent unreservedly accepts these general conditions together with the economic conditions and the summer camp regulations.

3. Applicability and duration

These general terms and conditions apply to all Service bookings for Summer 2025.

4. Groups

Minors will be divided into groups according to their age range as follows:

● Small Group (3-6 years old): includes all children who have attended kindergarten;

● Big Group (7-10 years old).

The company communicates, and the Parent expressly accepts, that if the minimum number of participants required to form a group is not met, the Service cannot be provided. In that case, the Parent is entitled to a refund as provided for in article 6 of these conditions.

5. Payment

At the time of booking, the Parent must pay a deposit of €60,00 per enrolled Minor for each booked week.

Except as provided for in the following art. 6 of these general conditions, no refund of the deposit paid is anticipated.

The balance of the remaining amount must be paid by the Parent in cash, by bank transfer through the Stripe portal, credit card through the Stripe portal or Scalapay.

In case of payment in cash, it must be made on the first day of using the Service at the summer camp venue.

If payment is made by the other methods listed above (bank transfer, Stripe portal, and Scalapay), it must be made in time to credit it by the first day of the Service. The Company recommends making the payment by the Monday before the first day of the summer camp.

6. Refund

Refund of the deposit and any other potentially paid amount is only provided for the following reasons:

- health reasons for the Minor, upon presentation of a medical certificate;

- failure to reach the minimum number of participants per group, as per art. 4 of these conditions;

- cancellation of the Service notified to the Company with a notice period of one week (7 days) from the date of the Service delivery.

No refund of the deposit or balance will be allowed in any other case.

7. Timings

To ensure the smooth running of the planned activities, the Company has established specific entrance times for the Minors, differentiated by age group. Minors aged 3-6 can be admitted from 08:00 to 09:00, while Minors aged 7-10 can be admitted from 08:00 to 08:30.

Any delay in the entrance time must be promptly communicated to the Labsitters office. Without notification or in case of significant delays, the admission of the Minor will depend on the discretion of the Company. It is understood that any delay will not lead any right to a refund, nor can they be made up at another time.

The Parent declares to be aware that the respect of the entrance hours is necessary for the Minors to regularly participate in the planned activities and commits, in case of delay, to follow the Company's instructions for any late admission.
